INGREDIENTS
Flatbread:
2 cups GF Flour
2 Eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp ACV
Flatbread Toppings:
1 onion
1/2 can artichoke hearts
Blix Basil Pesto
Mix all flatbread ingredients in a bowl, roll out, bake for 8 minutes at 375 F
Caramelize onions in a pan, add to flatbread with artichoke hearts and top with pesto
Bake for another 10 minutes
