The Ingredient Story

Butternut Squash
Meet butternut squash. It's not only a deliciously sweet fruit, but it's also full of sweet nutritional benefits. It's loaded with vitamins, high in protein and low in calories. In particular, it's high in vitamin B6 which is known for its positive effects on mood. Like when you see a puppy or leprechaun at the end of a rainbow.

Ginger
You've tried ginger. In some shape or form. It's considered to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Does it live up to the hype? It can aid digestion, control nausea symptoms, have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and may reduce muscle pain. So, yeah, it does.

Turmeric
You've tried turmeric. It's that magical spice that's amazing in soups (duh) and has powerful medicinal properties. Turmeric contains a substance called curcumin that offers high anti-inflammatory properties. Get this: it can also increase the growth of new neurons in your brain. Woah.

How to Blend

Tear
First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Fill
Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend water or coconut water for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.

Squeeze
After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Blend
Place the cup upside down in the kwiX Machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
