The Ingredient Story

Matcha
Meet matcha. It's green tea's more intense cousin that does CrossFit "for fun" and has 1 million Instagram followers. It has a greater amount of caffeine than green tea has and offers a variety of health benefits too. To begin, it's high in antioxidants, can protect the liver, and improve brain function.

Spinach
Meet spinach. It's our favorite leafy greenbut don't tell the others. It's high in vitamin A, iron, vitamin C, folic acid, and more. It's also high in fiber, which improves overall digestion. Studies show that eating spinach can benefit eye health, prevent cancer, and lower blood pressure.

Apple
Meet apples. It's that one fruit that keeps you away from doctors, apparently. There's a good reason for it: they're high in fiber and vitamin C. The fiber content helps support heart health by lowering cholesterol. Studies also show that eating apples lowers your risk of diabetes.

How to Blend

Tear
First, tear off the orange tab completely.

Fill
Through the flap of your cup, add liquid to the relevant fill line. We recommend water or coconut water for this recipe. Close the flap tightly.

Squeeze
After adding liquid, squeeze your cup repeatedly to ensure the food isn't stuck to the bottom of the cup.

Blend
Place the cup upside down in the kwiX Machine. Push the start button. When the blend is complete, this makes up to a 16 oz smoothie. Enjoy!
